LAZ Parking - Buckhead Village District - North Deck

Seemed safe, well lit, and overall easy in and out except delivery trucks blocking the entrance. The lights that tell you open spots don’t really work right. If they did, would have been a great deck.

The worst parking management business of all time. I recently was trying leave the parking deck at Buckhead Village I had my ticket but didn’t have my wallet. My charge was only $5. I asked about Apple Pay, Representative said No! Rudly. Asked if I could could give her my CC # she again very rudly no. She was just hateful. I asked for help but the rudest customer representative on the planet said I am sorry you will have to come get your car tomorrow when you have your wallet. The day before the same parking garage couldn’t open the gate because some sort of stupid glitch, no security, no help. 45 minutes. The negative reviews are going to keep coming and so will legal. It was the Buckhead shops location. Shops and restaurants are mad so please send us your legals information. Before

Staff was very rude especially the security gaurd. My card wasn’t working in the machine and I wasn’t able to use another form of payment since that was all I had on me and I tried explaining that to the person on the call box and the security but they were very unpleasant. The security guard ended up letting me out but said “don’t come back here if you can’t pay” which felt like he was trying to imply that I didn’t have the means to park in that parking garage when in reality I was having card issues. I think that comment was very inappropriate and kind of racist.

The place was clean and the people were super nice. And when I thought I had lost my car, these guys went above and beyond to help me find it. From the bottom of my heart, God bless everyone of them for having the patience to help a random lost guy the way they did. Amazing people.

Great parking! It was really close to the Christkindl market. I paid 5.00 for the hour we were there.
