LAZ Parking - Capitol Lot

Extremely convenient! So happy I found this lot in downtown. Directly off of I-91, easily fits my F350, easy payment with QR code from signs all around lot. Extremely affordable, thank you! $12 is a bargin to keep your vehicle safely off the busy streets. I'm used to playing $40 in NYC for parking 2-3 hrs. Anyone who complains about such a small fee really shouldn't be out. :) Do your research. Support these local businesses and jobs, thank you.

Daily rate is a scam for overnight parkers. Yes you can pay only $12 for 24 hours, but ONLY if you park 2am to 2am. Leaving your car overnight effectively doubles your "daily" rate. You can't choose to park multiple days, so every "day" is double charged.

Not asking as a option... Demanding customer information that's completely unrelated to parking in order to use the service.

Half the time the app/website changes the rates from $12.49 for 6 hours to $12.49 for 2 hours, or on the app it says to sign up for "event parking" but there's no events to select. They still owe me $30 from a mischarge 7 months ago.

$10 per night. It’s located right across the street from Hilton Homewood suite, and they instruct hotel guest to park here. But NO DISCOUNT even if you stay there.
