Customer Reviews
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been living in a building that uses a “Laz” garage for over 3 years.. specifically the center armory garage. On a regular basis they oversell the garage, don’t properly check people in for parking and “hold” specific spots for certain customers if they have a car that is over $100k. I have been blocked in by a vehicle that they don’t have keys to THREE TIMES when I have needed to get to work obligations. When they redid the garage last year they striped the spots so terribly that several spots cannot allow cars to be parked next to each other. I have emailed Management with no response. Save yourself the money and the headache and park on the street until the city decides to crack down on shady run businesses like Laz.
I went to see a show and when I got back to my car it had been broken into. I'm pretty sure it was one or both of the attendants. Then when I left there was no one in the booth so I called... no call back. First time going to a show, first time using that garage, first time having my car broken into. Totally insecure. Won't be going back there but will be seeing how many people have been broken into there and mention the attendants. Unimpressed
I tried parking at this garage on Saturday morning. No attendant came and I found out that I couldn’t leave since the entry to garage was closed. I called the number on the posted sign/ google and was advised that parking garage wasn’t open till 2pm and I would have to pay $50 for someone to come open the garage for me. This was an unpleasant experience. I suggested to this person that there should be posted signs outside garage indicating that the garage is closed and/or it’s operating hours for public use.
I wish there was an option for zero Stars, we went to see a play at the landmark theatre and he hid a sign behind him that said redhouse and permit panking only. He then closed the parking garage, with our cars still in there. Us and a group of 20 ish people were waiting for two hours in the cold.We still don't have our car.
Such nice employees, only needed a few hours parking, very safe for families. The employees even helped out with food suggestions in the area.
