LAZ Parking - City Place Garage

The parking garage employees are extremely kind and generous. I did not get a name for the 2 gentlemen but they are always nice and accommodating. I will get their names so they can be recognized.

Worst parking lot ever. Still sitting 50 minutes and have yet to move after a UConn game. Not worth the time and frustration. Would rather spend 10x more and Uber.

Parked here for easy access to my car while staying at the Goodwin. No prices posted outside. Was charged $84 for 21 hours overnight - a garage in the next block charged $30 per night. Be warned!!

Pulled into the entrance to CityPlace parking garage thinking we were just paying for some quick parking. We have a Chevy Tahoe. The parking attendant took our money and waved us in. Then, we quickly discovered that the ceiling heights were way too low for an SUV. So, we immediately attempted to find the exit, but we couldn’t after circling the place for 40 minutes. There were signs pointing to the exit but the arrows on the ground pointed in the opposite direction, which leads to just circling the place over and over again in fear that you’re going to hit the low clearance ceilings throughout. At one point, we hit one, destroying our roof racks. Eventually, we came across the parking attendant who was clueless of how to get us out of this dungeon. We saw the same people circling around an
