LAZ Parking

Too bad you can't leave 1 star. Directions say to pay before you leave however their website wouldn't allow me to set the correct date. Even after calling to try and receive assistance I was still charged $102 for being unable to even pay. These people just want to take your money, especially their director.

This place is fine, but it's begun filling up (at least on Thursdays). And there is no method of preventing new people from driving in once the garage reaches capacity. So you end up pointlessly driving in circles along with who knows how many other cars, hoping to find a spot that someone is leaving (you can easily drive around for 20+ minutes without this happening). Giant waste of time.

Do not park here, trapped in garage for 40 mins. Bc one exit was broken and other exits machine was down. They still charged after all that, caused me an anxiety attack and this is a fire hazard as dozens of cars were back up. Person who tried to help took a 20 min. Break before returning to try and assist.

Worst parking garage ever. During the Parade of Lights, they collected money upfront, but refused to keep the gates open to exit. It took over an hour to get out of the garage. Don't ever park there.

Great place to park and it's underground so the sun can't fade my paint.
