Broken gate which does let you in. Once you’re in you can’t get out because the Exit machine doesn’t accept credit card - no cash slot either. When you ask for help by contacting the on call help they tell you to find another exit - THERE IS NO OTHER EXIT - and they hang up on you.

Broken machine, could not get out, attendants not responsive and then rude after finally tracking someone down. HORRENDOUS

Dont park here!!!!! Machine doesn’t work and it took every car over 10 minutes to get past the barrier because something was broken. We waited like 30 minutes in line to get out (only 4 cars in front of us) and the garage charges 3 dollars/20 min)
