LAZ Parking

I cannot say enough HORRENDOUS things about this parking lot and the god-awful experience we had the weekend of 1/30-2/1. This place should be condemned based on the customer service and rude staff alone, as well as the lack of honesty and transparency around their business. We arrived on Thursday AM, at around 9:25, having prebooked a reservation. The first gentleman was quite kind overall, but then informed us that we had just missed the 9:30 am shuttle, and that another would not be coming for OVER AN HOUR. This is false advertising because when we originally booked this spot, it said the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. We subsequently had to book an Uber to get to LGA on time and not miss our flight, which tacked on an additional $ 20 to our reservation. When we arrived back on Sunday

This spot is one of the oldest LAZ in Flushing. It isn't anything special, people need to relax. Attached are photos of their pricing and details. I always leave my car here when staying at the Hyatt. You can pay LAZ directly or have it invoiced together with Hyatt. The workers are quick and courteous, just don't waste their time. Flushing parking is a lawless land, be real.

Yall do your research and do not come here! They said they would charge our Tesla many times but did NOT charge it. Phone line didn’t work. Find somewhere else cheaper and better to go. Don’t waste your time here for bad service and under delivering.

Do not park here! Laz parking at the Hyatt Place hotel in flushing caused damage to my car and their insurance company was quick to deny claim. No investigation was done and they refuse to take responsibility. The shark fin antenna on my SUV was crushed and the top of my vehicle was dented. There is also a review from another customer with the same exact antenna damage 2 years ago! You have no choice but to valet your car. They bring your car and park right at the exit gate so if other customers pull up behind you you are forced to hurry and leave, so as to not keep other people waiting. The attendant who broke the fin must have heard and felt something but of course he/she will NOT admit this. I am disgusted that blatant damage could be done without any recourse! Don’t park here! My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place when we visited the U.S. Open tennis tournament in Sept 2023. We used LAZ to valet park our compact SUV. During our visit, we did not use our car at all. But as soon as we got home, we noticed there was a dent on the roof of the car. We later found out that at least two other reviewers on this forum also had their car roof damaged. In our case, the repair cost over $2,000. Our experience was also very similar to one of the two other reviewers. When the attendant brought our car back, he parked it close to the exit gate instead of somewhere near the elevator lobby. I found that very strange because the garage was very empty and there was no reason to park the car so far away from us. But the other reviewer pointed out that
