Other than water logging on some floors, it’s a great facility where I have been parking for several years. On some occasions it was difficult to cross the foot deep water without spoiling my shoes. Today’s experience with a customer service staff was unpleasant. I hope that such staff is sufficiently trained in customer service before they are placed at the front desk. The staff can use the authority delegated to them but in a courteous way. Please train your staff.
It’s so safe to park my car there
It seems fine on the weekends.
