Make sure that, whatever you do, you do not park here. They charge extra for "oversized" vehicles, which is somehow Ford Escape. Glad I pulled my vehicle out after only a day. Scammers.
Was charged an "Oversized Vehicle Fee" of $15 to park my Chevy Trax, which is smaller than a lot of sedans, turning my $13 fee into a $28 fee.
Would not honor a Spot Hero prepaid reservation. The attendant would not verbally communicate why and would not scan the reservation. He just kept waving his finger no.
This is not a 24 hour parking lot. Which I think should be due to a high volume of apartment buildings in the area. You should be able to go in and out if you are paying monthly fees. PLEASE MAKE THIS PARKING LOT 24 hours.
Got charged oversized for a regular small pickup truck, and they went through our personal belongings in the backseat. Had it set up to make sure they didn’t, and everything was moved when we got the car back.
