LAZ Parking - Hartford 21 Garage

DONT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR KEYED, SCRATCH or DENTED……I have to park here because I live in the Revel. I pay $126 a month for parking and every time that the parking lot doesn’t read my plate on my car it’s a fight trying to get out of the parking lot as if these people do not see me every single Day. they’re always making excuses for the plate readers not working and always demanding for customers to carry around a badge to get let out if they’re gonna have workers sitting there and your plate reader is malfunctioning. The least you can do is let me out of the parking garage, but no instead they sit there and they bicker and argue with you every single time. TIGHT PARKING BARELY CAN FIT

Parked here solely for a women's UCONN game today, and it was such a breeze! I highly suggest coming at least 1.5 hours before the game starts, to make sure you are in this parking garage and get a spot. It absolutely filled up quick. Easy to get out if you leave the game a few minutes early. I will parking here again, thanks!

Horrible experience. Needed security to deal with a situation and they were no where to be found. Does this place even have security? I feel like due to the location next to so many popular places they should invest into security for their customers. Maybe they just don't care.

Lax parking is the WORST parking service in Hartford. I parked with valet at Hartford hospital and the person who parked my car left with my personal key for my car and went home. I had to wait for 3 hours l!!!!! To get my key back to go home. At a time where people are dealing with the hardest moments in their life, laz parking doesn’t care about you or your car. On top of all of this ,, I was still told I had to pay. Laz parking has no customer service numbers so I can’t even report the issue so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Always reliable very efficient and reliable I never worry about leaving my car there.
