LAZ Parking

Whenever my partner and I are visiting NYC we like to park in and around Hoboken. She chose this parking garage randomly due to its proximity to the PATH train. We didn't dig into the reviews for this one until we arrived and noticed what others have mentioned. It is true what others have said - if you pre-pay, you will have to push a button on the kiosk at the exit to speak to someone. All things considered, I was very impressed with how fast they answered. Upon exiting, I waited less than 30 seconds for someone to speak. I also pushed the button for help at the walk-up kiosk, which is how I found out that I had to call to pay, and waited less than 30 seconds there as well. I’m never using this place again. I reserved 6 hours through SpotHero for $18, but my phone died and I couldn’t extend the time. I was 15 minutes late, and they charged me an extra $28 — the rate for 10 hours. To exit, you have to give your reservation ID, entry and exit time, and your name. I’ll never book here again.

Horrible. We got a SpotHero pass to park here, and to get out you have to call the attendant and you have to tell them your name, your rental ID, your ticket number, when you entered the garage, and the reservation start and end time. Meanwhile, lines of cars are waiting behind you. I feel bad for everyone behind us that all had to go through the same ordeal. Never parking here again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Faulty machine and they tried blaming me for breaking their screen. Then proceeded to keep me hostage for about an hour while I had class that I ended up being late too. Disgusting staff. Everyone was incredibly nasty and the worst of them all the boss Rohit agreed with his corrupt staff in trying to charge me for the broken screen. They said I broke it when clearly it was faulty to begin with. I called the police and I created a whole scene, they literally didn't care. Took down my number and name to call me once they get a technician. One of the worst experiences I've had with a parking lot. Literally my first and last time going there. Don't waste your time. People were stuck for mad long because they had no order.

No body to manage the lot during weekend Did not get parking spot + had to pay the parking fee of $30!!! Not recommended
