LAZ Parking - Lee Lot

This lot is a trap. I regularly come to the area for food and the prices tend to be well under $20 for an hour at most lots/garages. Parked here and was on the phone with my grandma for about 15 minutes before getting out and scanning the code to pay. $117 on a Sunday in San Antonio for a minimum of 2 hours is beyond crazy, especially when there are no posted prices. I left, parked elsewhere for far cheaper but went back to read the sign and it said I had 10 minutes to leave without being charged. There is no option to go back and pay from the time I entered (I’d rather pay the incredibly egregious price than get into legal trouble of any kind) so I guess I’m left with a ticket in the mail. TERRIBLE! We parked here while visiting SA. My husband paid using the QR code. By the time he had walked across the street the company had tried to process three separate amounts through our credit card. On the fourth charge our banked flagged it as fraud and froze our account. We received a letter saying we were in violation for not paying to park, in the amount of $102! This is ridiculous! We're willing to pay for the two hours we were there but not $102. We will never park in this lot again. COMPLETE SCAM!

My family and I travelled to SA from the Gulf Coast for a Six Flags excursion. We wanted to visit the Alamo and Riverwalk as well. We parked at this lot and paid for four hours. We were 10 minutes over and received a $102 violation. When I contacted the third party company handling the notice they were intractable and would not reach a reasonable settlement. Yes, there was a violation and yes, a fee should be paid but $102 for 10 minutes over is beyond excessive. Please consider your options when you park here. My family and I will never patronize a LAZ lot. Never again.

PRRS patrols this lot. Even if you have paid with a QR and exit before time, they will ticket you over $100. Do not park in PRRS lots. Look at what they did in Denver.

Absolutely DO NOT PARK HERE!. Disabled Vet in town for Air Force Graduation. Parked here to go get food. Paid for two hours. They start timing as soon as you pull off the street and end when you exit to the street. Was 10 mins over the 2 hours paid and they want $102. I will fight this until the end.
