Will lock you out and you WILL NOT have access to your car. Do not park here. Management does not answer and if they do respond will send someone to open the door for you. Thats if they remember to get put of their car to open the door for you. Watched the guy sit for about 20 minutes sit until he decided to let us in.
The parking garage has no number you can call for help. It claims it is 24/7 but the gate closes and there's no way to get your car. Terrible execution and customer service.
I reserved a parking spot online, they said it will be "reserved" for me. when I got there it was full, I had to leave and find another parking space. If you are not going to keep the promise, don't make one.
Security system didn’t work when we’d scan the ticket. And staff was not helpful on proving access to the garage.
Just one posted sign on the way out after I paid saying I can't retrieve my car after 8pm
