LAZ Parking - Metro Center Garage

Got trapped in garage for 45 minutes at 1am after ticket paying machine wouldn’t work and took my ticket and wouldn’t let me pay. Intercom wouldn’t work for help and the number they said to call wouldn’t answer. Was able to find a small lost ticket button that printed out a new one for the insane price of $40… just for that to not even work so they stole $40 from me. Worst garage ever. I want my money back. Please give me my money back

The downtown Stamford area is dependent on these people for parking, but they have no customer service for problems. I paid. I wanted a receipt as proof of payment in case I got a ticket. I couldn't get a receipt. The help booth was empty. I called the number they have posted and no one answered and there was no way to leave a message. I sent it an email to the email they had posted and got a reply saying that the domain didn't exist and my email wasn't sent. When I finally found an attendant in the room hours later, her response was sometimes the machine doesn't print the receipt. What would have happened if I got a ticket? They would of said I should of got my receipt. I've been trying to get a hold of these people for almost 3 weeks. No one has answered the phone. I have been u

Charge almost $100 for less than 48hr. Please park at the other parking lot that's actually at the train station. They will treat you like trash.

DO NOT PARK HERE FOR THE TRAIN. Navigating the lot is confusing and the exit for ticket parking was blocked off when I visited. I had to drive down the entry pathway to explain to the attendant I was trying to leave, and was forced to pay $4.25 for driving around for 5-10 minutes!? UNBELIEVABLE MISTAKE!

Do not park here. Looks like it is a town lot for the train station but it is not. Signs are deceiving and to park here for 24 hours will cost over $55. There is a person in the office just handling irate customers because of the misleading signs and rates. Don’t be fooled. Real town garages much, much cheaper.
