LAZ Parking - Morgan Street Lot

Yes it’s far from Xfinity theater but the staff and security are worth it. Omar was amazing- we got screwed out of a parking pass but he helped us out. He was friendly, personable, and helpful. We felt our car was safe and in good hands. Omar was a professional!! Recommend this garage for concerts!

Step 1: park. Step 2: pay at the kiosk with credit card or by text. Step 3: return to your vehicle a short time later and within the time for which you paid to find your vehicle towed by CT Auto and Towing in West Hartford. This exact scenario happened to me this week on Feb. 2nd and I can't emphasize enough that you must stay away from this LAZ parking lot. I did exactly as the customer is directed to do by first entering the license plate number then entering the parking time desired and paying by credit card. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes in the rain for the credit card machine to do what it is designed to do (process payment), I took a picture of the screen (seen here) after removing my credit card as directed. Easy to get in and out of for Yard Goats or XL Center event. Event rates too!
