LAZ Parking

Great parking experience with 3 day pass. No surprises or issues. Well lit facility with elevator access, unlimited in/out. Saved $80 compared to hotel valet. Note that you have to save paper ticket to leave. when returning at night, the access doors will open after you scan your QR code and take your paper ticket (had to lift up sign that said drive to top of ramp to retrieve a paper ticket. This is only needed when access door is closed).

Avoid, had parking reservation arrived and all gates up and power out. Unable to get a ticket (to exit) parked car then saw what I thought were the stairs (it did say exit) walked to the bottom floor and it says emergency exit only. Walked back up one floor and unable to get out (no door knob to open the door) walked back to the first floor emergency exit door opened (possibly due to the power out?) when I returned I walk all over to find the pedestrian entrance. No where to be found. Front of the bld is closed and gated off the other side has no doors to get in. Call the number listed guy tells me use pedestrian entry, then says are you calling on a cell phone. (well duh) he says you need to call from the call box. Pushed that over and over doesn't work. Called back 5 times and no answer

This is a very nice and safe parking garage. I didn't know it existed until I was driving around the Lafayette Square area looking for parking. The rates were fair as well. Once you park, there's only one way to exit and return to the garage...through the building which is staffed with security. It's worth mentioning that the only form of payment is with a credit card. The payment system worked well, was super easy to navigate and provided a receipt (without me having to request it). I'm so glad I found this garage. I definitely plan to park here again.

I used this garage to park for the Sugar Bowl at the Superdome. It was a secure garage in an excellent location. I didn't know garages this safe existed near the French Quarter until I found this one. This is the only garage I will park in anytime I'm in New Orleans.

Entrance/exit is gated & there is a security guard at the front desk lobby to allow access to the elevators. Our car was safe here overnight on new years
