LAZ Parking - Overton Square

Don't park here, you'll be better off. "Managers" don't give a damn and any replies you get via support email will reinforce that. They will probably live their entire lives in Memphis and with their attitudes they certainly deserve that. They should just close these garages and turn them into drift courses for the local Ford Mustang club because that's all you can hear for miles and the amount of litter produced from this one parking garage is incredible. Beer cans, condoms, fast food bags and more. I'm literally surprised I didn't find a kitchen sink on my way back down from the 3rd level.

Complete decietful company. Charges low parking price and doesnt notify you of particylular rules that allow them to steal your money. Was charged for “illegally parking” for backing in a parking spot but there is no sign in sight. Either Im allowed to park or Im not. They didnt have a sign near the parking spots or near the kiosk. Im a business man and I’ve never seen a more clever way to steal so many people’s money. There were at least 4 other cars with tickets and they will keep coming... Well played Laz!

I used LAZ Parking downtown near The Westin Hotel. Never again. They have a sign out front that says $25 but when you park they charge your card over $40. This is classic "bait and switch." When I called customer service, they were no help. Do yourself a favor and never use any of their parking lots or garages. If you are attending, an event, game, concert or dinner, find somewhere else to park. You'll be glad you did.

This place is a POS. Got a ticket for parking “over the line.” Like it’s my fault there is a F-250 that takes up the entire adjacent space and I drive a smaller vehicle. For record, my RR tire was “on the line,” that’s not “over.”

It’s embarrassing the amount of money and effort the city goes through to build these garages in the middle of what should be a prime destination area then go and turn it over to horrific management. Useless
