LAZ Parking - Promenade Tower

I parked here for a concert and being the directionally challenged individual that I am, after the concert at 10pm I was walking around for an hr trying to track my AirPods that I left in my car so I could find it (lol), but the signal kept pinging, and my car alarm was not heard through everyone else trying to find their car. So naturally, a female alone in ATL on a Friday night, I’m trying to not panic, as my phone is dying. 2 security guards saw me walking around and after I approached 1 of them named Thomas as not *kiddnap me plz!* as I could, he was incredibly kind and patient to listen to me as I explained my situation, that I thought I parked on 4th and I have walked from 5th to 3rd several times and can’t find my car. We had to use this garage due to the Hampton next door valet parking area being full . The gentlemen there when we checked in did not let us know now is there any insight signage letting you know that you have to walk ALL the way around and get on an elevator to get in and out of garage . Extremely inconvenient and not fair to not know this information prior to entering . If you don’t have to go in and out, price is amazing for this area . Only positive .

they raise their rate from $8 to $20 whenever there's an "event" nearby, regardless whether you're going to the event or not. they do the same thing at Piedmont Park. LAZ parking has a near monopoly in this area & loves price gouging us.

Parked at weekend - Sunday afternoon. Very easy, higher levels had plenty of space, paid by credit card, machine exit required receipt to be scanned. No issues - very convenient for the High Museum of Art, only a couple minutes walk.

Worst parking ever. No navigation. To get out of the parking we had to wait for almost an hour!!! Only 1 line is working and it is ridiculously slow. We had to pay extra for parking just because couldn't get out of it for so long!!!
