LAZ Parking - Proscenium Garage

The person I spoke with who manages this parking garage is dishonest and unprofessional, so I do not recommend this garage to anyone. My card was charged $20 for a time I was not in this garage. I was in this parking garage for less than 10 mins because after mistakenly turning in the entrance it seemed safer for me to go out the exit to get on the street again instead of backing out from the entrance. The sign that was at the ticket machine noted a 10-minute grace period for being in the garage and the ticket machine didn't allow me to go forward without inserting my card. The time on my ticket said 7pm even though I entered and exited the garage around 6:20pm. When I saw the $20 charge to my card within that week, I called a number I found for the parking garage and the man I spoke with

Apparently there is a gate that locks at a certain time, but there is no signage that tells you. Online it even starts that the garage is 24/7; however it is not. We tried to pick up the car around 10:15 PM but couldn’t up because the gate was closed. We attempted to call, but no one answered. Finally the morning after we were able to get in.

While they take online reservations, they do not honor them. We made a reservation for 7pm, which their website honored, but the gate was locked and the operator told us they where closed and to park somewhere else. To add insult to injury, when I tried to contact them through their website, their system said it couldn't find my transaction. This place is a total rip off.

Nothing worse than their machine going down and nobody answering the assistance line. 20-30 cars all beeping horns behind me with nowhere to go. A disgrace.
