LAZ Parking - Queen's Crossing Garage

Parking was affordable and service fine - however, they stack vehicles and put a dent in the roof of our car, which we unfortunately just noticed upon arriving at our place. Fixing this will easily cost us more than we saved by parking here. If you value your property, avoid this garage.

If there was an option to leave 0 star, I would have chosen it. The bad reviews are the norm and the “good” reviews are an anomaly. There aren’t any clear instructions for parking or for the shuttle. You will only encounter an attendant who barely speaks any English. I probably called the parking garage 15 times before someone answered the phone regarding the shuttle. I stood outside in the freezing cold awaiting the shuttle that only runs once an hour. The manager, Dione, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’d avoid this place at all costs. Next time, I will park at the airport since the price will end up being cheaper. I’m also not interested in the “politically correct” response from them. Nothing will change!

I didn’t do any research of this place before I came here. This is actually not a normal parking garage, this is called somewhat a parking company. I was just trying to charge my Tesla here, and this experience was so difficult for a newbie. First, I couldn’t find the Tesla charger. Second, they charge me 6 dollars just to charge the car. Third, the two workers here are so rude to offer any guidance or instructions. One of the workers I couldn’t even know what he was speaking. Worst experience for a long time, I don’t recommend any one to pay for them.

Shuttle runs every hour starting at 6:30am. That was not noted when booking. Arrived and attendant who was new also did not tell me that and sends me out in the rain to walk a block to the pick up area which is NOT at the actual parking garage. I gave 2 stars because the attendant although new was very kind.

If you cherish your car, don’t come here. Honestly I used to come here often because it’s very affordable compared to the parking lot across the street. And so far my experience was great. But up until yesterday it became a nightmare. I left my car and when I went to collect it, the valet driver that went for my car was so rough and had no due regard. As soon as he was bringing the car to me, he didn’t even bother to completely stop the car before putting it into park and turning it off. After he handed it off to me my check engine light came on, despite me getting a tune up and taking my car to the mechanic two months prior and having no issues with my car.
