LAZ Parking San Antonio TX

As others have already said, this lot and the PRRS company they work with is a total scam. I also received a $102 bill even after paying for parking. I would avoid supporting this business and their unethical practices at all costs.

This parking lot is a scam. I paid for parking on my phone 2 months ago, received a confirmation page in my browser, and today am receiving a $102 bill in the mail for "unauthorized parking". Looking at the other reviews, this is nothing new. LAZ parking and the attorney Daniel B. Kelley both have nearly 1 star reviews and an insane amount of complaints on the BBB for this scam of a practice they refuse to fix.

Was sent a bill of $102 for being 4 minutes over on my 2 hour parking permit on Christmas Eve, which I paid almost $20 for. Numbers listed to contact them might as well be imaginary.

I just wanted to warn people if the QR code and text prompt isn't working and you park here, they're going to send you a ticket for $102 in the mail 🥲 so if you're dumb like me and think "oh, I'll deal with it later", the later is $102. Just wanted to share lol.

These People are THIEVES! Met a work group for dinner next door and the dinner went for 2.5 hours. They did not care that I had paid, but if you go over by a minute they want $102 more!! So $115 for 2.5 hours, complete nonsense.
