DO NOT PARK HERE. Once you pay by entering your license plate they monitor your plate when it leaves. We paid for 2 hours by ParkMobile, but were unable to re-up our parking because we were in the federal courthouse (which doesn’t permit phones) and our time ran out by a few minutes. Several weeks later we received a letter demanding over $100 and saying that our car would be booted or towed if we didn’t pay if we ever parked in one of their lots again.
BEWARE! Prepurchasing parking with ParkMobile does NOT guarantee you a parking spot. We arrived, there were no spots, and we had to find and pay for parking elsewhere. ParkMobile refuses to refund you in these instances.
Beware of using QR code. Several were charged $2,061.40 for parking. Better to pay at the machine. Fortunately, LAZ refunded the money immediately. Parking is $20 and about a 10-15 minute walk to Benz stadium.
Pretty convenient location, only accepts credit cards only.
