LAZ Parking - Tangram Garage

AVOID at all costs, especially on weekends and holidays. This lot does not have any "lot full" indicators. They allow everyone in, even if the lot is full, so that everyone ends up paying, even if you couldn't find parking. This shouldn't be legal. We paid $10 to circle around the full lot for 20 minutes before exiting and parking somewhere else. They also allow cars to park on the sides of ramps and areas that clearly should not be parking spots, creating major bottle necks and dangerous situations. There are also no exit signs, so once you are in the lot, it is very difficult to find your way out. Major safety concerns. Recommendation is to park at the nearby Skyview Parking Lot and walk over.

Avoid parking here at all costs. The lot gets full quickly, and they’ll still charge you even if there are no spots available. The parking staff are dismissive and completely unhelpful. Shame on me for giving them a second chance - same bad experience twice.

DO NOT park at this parking lot. When I was exiting, there was congestion because one of the exit kiosks wasn’t working. We had to all reroute and leave through another exit. This additional 15 minutes caused me to have to pay double (it’s $7 for under three hours, and I was charged $14 for 3 hours and 2min). I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and on the kiosk, but no one answered. I also tried reaching out to LAZ corporate but no one responded either. Will never park here ever again

Expect to pay $10, circle around for 15 mins and leave w/o a parking spot. The garage made no attempts to rectify the situation as you see the same feedback resurfacing over time. It’s maliciously negligent, considering they could have either (1) stopped people from going in (2) allowed a grace period.. Instead, they continue to trick people into paying - just to rip folks off their money. Both the garage and mall knows it, but continue to allow it to happen.

Should have read the reviews before booking. They supply a shuttle service to the airport and it was late. When i inquired about questions the workers basically said they have nothing to do with the shuttle. They tell you to scan a barcode to request a driver then it says waiting for the driver ro accept your ride. So your left waiting without anyone able to help you. Never again.
