LAZ Parking - Ten 10th

For Zipcar users: dont rush into the exit gate and pull up really close to the gate, exit slowly and make sure the white scanner on your upper left turns green. I rushed into it once, backed up and tried to re-exit. It wouldn't lift the gate and the intercom said "Zipcar vehicle already outside." I ringed for assistance but the intercom didn't make any noise, so I ended the trip early and left.

We parked here for the 2019 Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Christmas parade. At the end of the event, patrons tried to get their cars and there was a problem with the gate. The management was notified, and no one came to assist. Patrons waited for up to 3 hours to exit the parking garage. Absolutely unacceptable. We were charged $18.

I was recently scammed by these people. I parked my car Saturday at 3am, with the rates posted as 1440 minutes for $18. My car was parked until 10 am Sunday. This would have equated to about $36, if the company would have clearly displayed ALL rules and regulations within the garage. Apparently the timer restarts at 6am every morning. They charged an additional $18 due to the "restart". When i tried to get out, they basically hold you hostage. I explained to the customer service person that there are no rules posted except for the time and that i didnt feel comfortable paying the 54 dollars that they were asking due to no rules being posted. She didnt argue, but just kept saying "awww" after explaining things. Its the biggest scam in Atlanta, street parking is free from like 8pm to 7am so

I park here when visit in or shopping downtown. It's safe and I know my car won't be getting towed.
