We've used this place several times unfortunately, you still have to call for help to get out of the garage regardless of whether you're prepaid or not. It is convenient, although the price is a little high

Not sure who is responsible for the cleanliness of the elevator areas, but it was gross and disgusting. A little confusing when I first came in as the gate was up and I had the prepaid pass. So not sure what I really bought myself by doing the prepaid pass. Certainly didn’t reserve me a spot! But no worries, when I came home, I was able to scan out at the exit with no issues. But seriously, need to do some work on cleaning up!

Horrible!!! Do NOT prepay. We prepaid 2 weeks prior and on the way out the garage the lift did not let us out without paying again after scanning my QR Code Receipt. No one there to help. We called no one answered. I've called this business multiple times to discuss this and no one answers or calls back. Had to pay again to get out of the garage. Not sure how this is associated with TGF Airport. Very bad way to conduct business. Completely unethical.

I love the location and it is always easy to find a spot. They have two new looking covered waiting areas but the shuttle doesn’t stop at them. It parks in a travel lane in between them and you need to walk over. This morning I got a free tongue lashing from the driver (I was told I can’t read and was entitled) for not being in the right spot (I waited at the covered wait stop—which is really nice btw!). No offer to help with luggage, which is ultimately ok but take down your large signs requesting tips.

With gps it was a little confusing at first on how to enter the garage. Also the online reservation system is terrible - it told me for weeks prior for specific dates and times a spot was not available. I finally the week before was able submit for the right dates but not the right times which resulted us having to pay more when we scanned out. There were plenty of spaces in the garage when we arrived. It was unclear if we could just arrive and pay vs reserve.
