LAZ Parking - The Source Garage

We went to the Source for Safta coffee shop and parking at the Source’s parking building. We left the coffee shop 15 minutes earlier to avoid the $8 second-hour parking fee, but it was impossible due to the congestion inside the Source’s parking building. It took us more than 15 minutes just to get out of the parking building. The poor parking lot design and traffic flow made the experience incredibly frustrating. Management did not address our concerns and seemed more focused on collecting high parking fees than improving the customer experience or offering validation for restaurant and shop patrons. We are not going back to the Source ever again!

Have never had to pay to park here before. Came to Reunion to grab breakfast with a friend, received a bill for $55 with threats of being sent to collections. Love Reunion (and Safta), but will not return due to experience with surface lot management co.

PARKING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Give yourself enough time to find parking ANYWHERE ELSE! If you’re running late then it is what it is. Parking prices here are definitely deterring people from going to the restaurants. If we weren’t running late to our reservation we would have 100% parked else where!

They say they will put a hold on your card for a little extra but a “little” means $45 for a $5 parking permit. Additionally, it took 8 days to process when it said it would take up to 24 hours. My money was completely tied up because of this parking. When emailing the manager, they were not helpful at all.

They say 1 hour of free parking but record your entry time 6 minutes early so you only get 54 minutes. If you’re one minute over they charge you $8. Definitely a scam!!
