LAZ Parking - Triangle Building Garage

Took forever to get out due to their ridiculous finicky double gate system. There was an employee standing at the exit gate but not sure why cuz he wasn't doing anything to help things move along. He could've held the first gate door open at the least but nope. Will pay more to park elsewhere next time.

First, I want to say I liked this parking garage. It was clean, part of a nice office building and felt safe. The posted rates seemed like a good deal. However, upon exiting, I was greeted with a price that was over double what it was supposed to be: $60 instead of $27. We parked at 5:42 PM on February 13th and left at 9:30 AM on February 14th, so the rate should have been $5 for Thursday evening and then $22 daytime max for Friday morning. I pressed the call button and talked with a lady (in India?) who wasn't really able to help much. She put me on hold twice, and I waited for close to 10 minutes, much to the chagrin of the car behind me. She was going to put me on hold for a third time, but I insisted that we needed to go, and someone had been stuck behind me this whole time. So she

Parked here to use Capital One bank and was unable to get back to my vehicle in the parking garage because all doors require a pass card to enter. Luckily a person who lives in the building above came by and I was able to get my vehicle back and for only $4 for 30min.

!!!Not to be trusted!!! Purchased parking a month ago and upon arrival, the entrance was blocked with a sign that read Monthly Only and I was unable to access the parking. Had to find other parking and be late for my event. Not sure if being refunded but will never use Laz again. Trash.

Easy instructions, safe location to leave our vehicle for a few days while traveling on Amtrak.
