LAZ Parking - Trumbull On The Park

I would prefer to give zero stars. The automated check in process was unavailable so I waited at the gate for a long period of time until an attendant finally came to help. The attendant gave me a ticket which had no bar code. When I tried to leave in the morning the entire entry way was gated off with no options to exit. We were forced to call customer service and the first representative hung up on me. The second told us they would open the gate, which they did not. On the third call we were finally let out of the garage after 20 minutes of waiting. I never thought I would have to write a negative review of a parking garage…

Great easy parking. Would have given it 5 stars, but they forced everyone out the main entrance. They had a second entrance gate, but they remained down.

Terrible parking garage. If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a resident at a nearby apartment building and pay $110/month to park here. Their entrance & exit gates are constantly having issues. Today, my access card would not work and I could not exit the garage for 3 appointments and errands. I even tried purchasing a ticket (even though I pay monthly and shouldn’t have to do that), and their machines wouldn’t even let me do that. There was no staff member on duty and no one answers the phone. I was literally locked into the garage all day and could not leave at all. I missed all 3 of my appointments. Totally unacceptable. Terrible service. I have reported them to the CT Department of Consumer Protection. I was beyond livid. I had to sit home all day and do nothing and miss all my appoi

Easy in, and easy out. Plus it's located near the art museum, and many shops and restaurants.

Nice and safe parking garage around downtown Hartford.
