LAZ Parking - Woodward West

Terrible experience all around. Reserved a spot easily enough, but it was a struggle from them on out. The unattended entrance took about 3 minutes to finally read the QR Code. I felt like a complete idiot the whole time waving my phone in front of the unresponsive reader. When I came back, the reader wouldn't let me back in, the call for assistance button didn't work, and when I finally got ahold of someone, it was easier to charge another car in than wait forever in the hopes someone would let me in to get to my car. On the way out, same story. QR code reader wouldn't read the code to let me out. A resident of the area has to let me out with his RFID tag. Absolute debacle. Go somewhere else to park.

Can't reenter as a non resident through the Woodward gate because the system is frozen, most EV chargers are not working and even better blocked by non charging vehicles

It is impossible to scan out of this parking garage, making it take a decade to get out after a show with everyone struggling. The worst.
