Laz Public Parking

LAZ parking next to the Marriott. My truck was booted after paying for 24/hr parking. This company bullies you for payment and are in collusion with parking enforcement. Will hold your vehicle hostage until you pay $75.00 on top of $30.00 parking which was supposed to be 24/hr but was only 8/hrs

Would have option to rate minus because it definitely deserves minus rating. It’s a trap to take your money away. If you go little above your time frame they will immobilized your vehicle. My car was booted just today I didn’t check the rating and reviews so I got punished for that i was 1 hours over my time and they booted my car and didn’t release until I pay $75 on top of $8.14 for 2hrs. This guys are scamming people on the base of parking business. I can tell they doing this on purpose as there is no such notice that your vehicle will be booted and fined $75 if you go over the time. One guy so up and didn’t even talk to me i can clearly see that same on his eyes he even can’t look at face because he knows he is scamming me. Please be mindful and avoid this place. I am currently sitting downtown in the parking deck alone with a boot on my car. When I paid for a ticket. I call laz parking gave him my confirmation number for him to say. Oh go ahead pay for the boot imma tell my managers. What kind of endangering lives system do they have and I have to park here for work until my parking gets approve make it worst. Decent enough for the price if you’re willing to park on the roof. The elevator is dirty and stinks and there is rarely (if ever) anyone around for security. I also don’t think there are any cameras. If so, it’s just a 7 level unattended parking deck in downtown Atlanta. I parked on the roof and when I returned to leave the door to the roof was locked… crazy stuff.

Horrible experience. Not 24 hrs. Got locked in at 7pm on 9/20. After hours rep did not know how to get us out. She gave bad instructions. No one would come unlock the gate at 7pm. Gate locks and unlock on timer. Our car was locked in the garage for 10 1/2 hours (opened 5:30am). Signs are not posted on the outside of garage. Website states 24 hours.
