L&C Cabinetry

I am thrilled with my cabinets. Three years ago DL Cabinetry helped me design my bathroom remodel. They assembled and my contractor picked up and installed them. The cabinets still look brand new.

Terrible terrible customer service. They literally lied on the call with me. I bought cabinets for three bathrooms. One of the drawers was put together at the warehouse incorrectly and won’t close. I contacted them within 24 hours of getting the cabinets. They insisted that if I wanted it fixed, I needed to bring it to them to be repaired. I paid $100 for the cabinets to be delivered. It’s literally brand new, never even installed, and it’s my responsibility to remedy the issue? I paid thousands for the cabinets. They sent me a faulty product and want me to bring it back to them. Then they want me to come pick it up after they repair it? All they have to do is bring me a new drawer. Take back the faulty one! Simple. I asked to speak to Sonni, as I thought he was owner. L&C's strength lies in its team, and the quality of their cabinets. The customer service is exceptional, the design team is talented, the installers are meticulous, and the cabinets themselves are beautifully crafted and high-quality. I couldn't have had a better experience and will be using them exclusively for all my future remodeling needs. This combination makes them a truly outstanding company.

I have no idea without sitting down to review how many years, kitchens and baths I've worked on with L&C. I have ALWAYS been treated great, responded to in a timely manner and have had clients treated great when I send them for detailed designing. L&C is my "go-to" every time.
