LCI Pools & Spas

I had a similar experience as others. Put down a down pmt (over 10K+), was promised a date (w/ in a few months from then) but it never happened. Then shortly after this, they went out of business. I had reached out so many times and talked to the owner(s) and still nothing. Very frustrating. Can anything be done?

LCI did a great job and we would use them again. Timeline was important to us and they delivered within the estimated period. We liked their focus on getting the job done, staying at our home consistently day after day. They delivered a quality product at a good value. They are easy to work with, friendly and professional. They stuck with us to the end and made sure every detail was as it should be. Pool, spa, and firepit are all great!

I am dismayed to have to write this review. When we contracted with LCI for our fiberglass pool we were certain we had made the right choice. Unfortunately we did not. Since the installation a year ago certain deficiencies have been discovered. The owner of the company came out and agreed that there was a problem, but since that visit he has ignored all efforts at reaching him. I have called and left messages, and I've had an attorney write a letter asking for a response. Since the work was never completed to our satisfaction we have yet to have a final walk-through and sign off. All the positive reviews you'll see are from the time when another manager, who has since left, was running the jobs.

LCI Pools & Spas did an amazing job on our Spool, especially considering the small backyard they had to work with. We ended up with a beautiful 16' x 8' Pool, Spa and Water Feature in a small space. They were great to work with and to work through the few obstacles we had to overcome. Justin & Lamont were great their crew was Awesome!! Thank you guys we are loving it. 😎

I called LCI Pools in 2020 to get bid on an inground pool. A young guy came out and looked at the site. I told him what I wanted and expected some kind of bid, but I never saw him again. I put LCI in the category of arrogance, like so many of the contractors around here that do not call back. This is very unprofessional. I had California Pools do our pool. At least they actually came up with a computer design and finished our pool. Now LCI is putting in my neighbors fiberglass pool. They have been kicking up dust for a month digging out the hole and finally hauling away dirt with their machine running up and down a dirt ramp right next to my pool. It's taking them a long time while we have to suffer the dirt cleanup. They have no respect. It only took 5 days to dig out our poo
