For truckers coming for delivery. Delivery at the Greenfield Rd . Don’t get into office place In Winter time with trailer . Nobody cares about you. Even salted surface .🤦At the door same condition. After hearing my conversation with the broker about this facility, owner threw the BOLs on step walk on front of me, pretty complex person. I spent at least 30 minutes to get my load bars back.

Man after reading the reviews I was skeptical about delivering here but I can honestly say that the driver that left the review saying this was bad was stretching. I showed up a day early after misreading the delivery dates and the owner was Kool about it. He was shocked but still unloaded in a timely manner. The dock is literally walking distance from where you pull up to check in. To help your self, pull along tree line and post up to check in. (I parked there after arriving at midnight) (Swing wide to enter first driveway). Then when directed to go to dock, just pull deep towards where you're backing and then turn right along side of the building. You'll line up perfect with the drive way to back in an turn around. Once at the dock there is a gravel lot where you can pull in to straight

Unprofessional, do not do a thorough job of cleaning. The language used while on the job was quite profound. I’ve never heard such unprofessional words while having someone clean one of my facilities.

This company used to be decent. They have a few guy's working in a large production facility in ilion NY that don't do such a good job anymore. We have bathrooms that haven't been cleaned in months they smell terrible.. instead of cleaning they pick through trash for cans and bottles. I hope this changes. there are other guys complaining about this here also but so far nothing is getting done.

Had a great experience with this company this morning with my delivery unloaded is a stand up guy
