Seth was fantastic! He was very good at explaining everything and let me record everything he said so I wouldn’t forget it. It was sooo helpful that I could go back and watch the video. I would have been lost without that because I am not a good listener lol. This company will definitely get more business from me! I loved that that they got me in sooner due to a cancellation.

We had our chimney cleaned and serviced. Steve was the technician. He was great! He’s very friendly and was very respectful of our home. He kept everything very clean and organized. We will definitely use them again!

Updated Review: We were initially very disappointed with LCS Kleen-Aire. We scheduled our air duct cleaning on August 29, specifically requesting a Friday appointment. They booked us for 8:30 AM on October 10, which worked perfectly. We took the day off work, moved furniture, and prepared the house, only for them to completely no-show. No call, no email, no warning. After multiple calls, I finally reached someone who said the appointment was canceled due to lack of confirmation, yet they never contacted us to confirm. The last communication we received was the original booking confirmation. This was a complete failure in communication and customer service, and at that point, I would not have recommended LCS Kleen-Aire. They got my fireplace all set up and cleaned my ducts and dryer vent. The service was great and the team was a pleasure to work with. Seth, who helped clean and start up our fireplace was the absolute best! Thanks guys!

Showed up on time. Answered all of my questions. Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable. We just bought this house and the air smelled when it blowed. We've never had duct cleaning done before so I was very curious. Our hvac works so much better. And smells better too. Thank you
