LDA security is awesome! While I was in Utah a couple of weeks ago, my pet sitter couldn't get into my house using the key that I gave her. I called LDA security and Sean came over to unlock one of my house doors! I haven't met Sean yet, but Michelle said he was super friendly and fast! Yesterday, Keller came over to rekey three of the doors into my house and did an awesome job! Professional, friendly, and competent! Thank you so much, y'all! Great prices, too! LDA security is the only locksmith or alarm company I'm going to be using from here on!

Last night I happened to get locked out of my car. I was connect with LDA security through AAA. We happened to be in Lava hot springs when we got locked out, but Caleb came from Pocatello and saved the day. He was so helpful and efficient. I really can’t stress enough how appreciative we are. Caleb is amazing and so is LDA security.

My Husband came to this place to get a car key remade, They made a mistake and informed me that they would give us a refund. After playing ring around the rosie for three days. They chose to tell me that they would not give A refund because it’s not their problem. Very bad customer service and if you ever come here, you better be 100% sure that your keys gonna work. Because if it’s 99.9 and it goes wrong, you’re out of $100. Good luck.
