Alex did a great job handling a variety of exterior home improvements for good price. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area and needed an exterior door with a dog door installed. I move a lot so I usually go to a handyman for this sort of thing as big companies s usually view this type of job as not worth their time or take forever to start and finish the project. I called Leach & Son's and they responded right away. Tom was incredibly responsive and very professional. When I explained the job, they were able to see me that week. During the process they were transparent; allowing me to pay directly for the cost of materials. Other vendors might up charge the materials or buy the lowest grade simply to do the job, but Tom gave me choice and his professional expertise, giving me confidence in process before the labor even started. We should have listened to the other reviews that cited they never followed through. Terrible, terrible experience with this company. Called and spoke with the women, made an appointment. She was to call us back a few days prior to the appointment to confirm and we never heard back. I called the day prior to the appointment to see what was up. They answered and said they would call me back. Never ever head back from them. Think long and hard before you contact and contract with this company. You’ll be left high and dry.

Never heard from them again despite following up, so do not recommend them. Called for a quote and scheduled day with time to be firmed up next day. Didn't hear from them as agreed so followed up. Still did not hear from them for another day when they said they could not come because they needed like 6+ hrs to get materials to another job site. Tried to confirm I understood correctly. Never heard from them again. So do not recommend them because unreliable and unresponsive.

Leach and Sons recently did some repair work on my deck and did a GREAT job! Communication with Rebecca there was great, they answered all the questions I had (a TON of them!) and bent over backwards to work around my difficult schedule. Highly recommend them!
