I did not purchase a stairlift from this company so this review is based solely on the salesperson who came to my home for the free consultation. He gave a lot of useful information. He gave kind of a fast talking hard sell which while not pleasant is not a major problem for me. What was a major problem however was that he very forcefully mansplained his political opinions to me (I did not ask for his political opinions about anything). He seemed to feel quite comfortable expressing numerous anti-LGBTQ opinions -and debating me about them when I simply told him that I did not share his opinions. The worst part was he should have taken particular care to keep his bigotted opinions to himself as he walked right past my pride flag that was flown from my front porch - he even mentioned th

I purchased the lift and was scheduled to be installed 7-9-25 between 9 and 11. Got another call later the next day and changed date to 7-4. Was told they would call me back with time. Never got that call. Morning of 4th tried to call salesman for time (twice) no answer and no return call. Waited all day! Contract said I could cancel up until midnight on 5th. On 5th I called main number in Ohio and left a message to cancel, again no return call! I did get a call on Monday and I did agree to continue on with project if it was done on 7-9 in same time frame. No contact till 1:00 from installer that they would be there around 5pm. I told installer I was cancelling.The scheduler called and said that I missed the cutoff date and they were keeping my $900.00 deposit! Does this seem fair? I’m 76

This company - Mark Evans - sold my father a chair lift in Oct of 2023. It goes from the main floor of his home to his basement, which he does not need access to. He has been in poor health and has had limited mobility for several years. I spoke with the sales rep on the phone when he was pitching this stair lift to my father and told him that my dad does not need to access his basement. He still sold him the chair lift for $8,500 and financed it for 15 years at 8%. My dad has used that chair lift maybe 3 times. I believe there are people that need these products, but I would hope that any salesperson with integrity can distinguish between those who need it and those who will not benefit from it. High professionalism at all stages of the process. The sales representative made sure that we were comfortable before, after, and during the installation process. The product is great! The contractors were unbelievably efficient; in and out as promised! Meticulous attention to detail. Very little clean up after the job was finished.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions replaced the shower and floor in my bathroom. Many problems.They sent contractors that knew nothing about how to do the job. A two day job ended up taking four and a half months. The floor the installed I finally had to pull up and have somebody else fix so I paid for the floor twice. They tried to charge me for materials I bought and double charge me on labor. Caused a leak in the water line and when they came to fix that they cut holes in the floor downstairs and left them like that.I now have a hole in my kitchen wall they put there taking the old shower out. It is old wallpaper I cannot match. They also cut a hole in the new shower panel to fix leak took months to get them to replaced. I do not recommend them.
