Leafguard Gutter Protection

I got leafgruard gutters put on my house. The company misled me saying and marking the contract that there would be no interest on my loan until paid in full. Totally not true. I got hit with $4000 in interest. I have been unable to get anyone to help. They have basically ghosted me. Don’t go with company. Very bad representation.

Tyler was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the product, very honest and super patient with me. He was even prompt on the time he scheduled to come out. I really appreciate excellent service like this.

Extremely overpriced. We ended up getting a similar product for ~1/6th of their originally quoted price. I tried to cancel and could not get any in-writing confirmation. The address they gave us to mail our cancellation notice to was invalid; the courier had to send it back to us. I emailed/called the rep, branch manager, and main branch multiple times. Was always told I would hear back from someone else, but never did. I could not reach the branch manager, not even once. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get our down payment back. I would strongly advise you avoid this company.

Mr. Robert came in and gave us all the information we needed that he can give, but he went one step above and let us pick anyone on their mapping system and he called them and got their review on the gutter system. He even offered us to come to his house to see as well. Mr. Robert is very well trained in his job. I very much appreciated everything he did for us.

Roslyn was very knowledgeable about her product. Explained procedures of installation, warranty, etc. very pleasant. Nice job. Although unable to agree at this time, we’ll keep it in mind. Thank you so much
