Leafguard Gutter Protection

I retained my original review below. We’ve had Leafguard for several months and I’ve been trying to work with the new local manager on resolving our issues. We were looking at several options for eliminating flooding in our downstairs and were assured this system would help. Since then we’ve had four floods downstairs which took a minimum of four hours each time to resolve. The flooding is worse. We have literal waterfalls bypassing the gutter system in at least six areas around the house. It’s been three weeks of trying to get someone out to even look at it, but after showing them the videos was assured that it’s not how the system is supposed to work. Brennan and Wesley did a great job on installing my entire new gutter system. They were professional and very polite and enjoyable to work with. Any small concern or detail with my roof, such as wood rot caused by old system, they brought to my attention so I can have it addressed. They worked diligently and completed the large project in a day and a half. Very happy with the new gutters and the work!

Nathaniel Jackson, LeafGuard Rep, visited our home today and gave us a thorough explanation of LeafGuard gutter system. We were very impressed with his presence and knowledge of LeafGuard.

The product is fine with one concern. Because the gutter does not collect the flaking from an asphalt shingled roof, the flaking land on patios, decks and sidewalks. The salesperson reminded me of a bad used car salesman with questions like,”how much do you think this project should cost? And what is your budget?” That is why you are here to give me a quote a guessing game. My negative commment is reserved for the incomplete and dangerous cleanup. The photo below shows some of the remnants left behind. These were found where children run barefoot and even in the in the driveway. An obvious safety hazard that no one from the company has responded to despite numerous emails and messages. Caution is highly recommended before moving forward
