We had a really great experience with Carlos and his team. They were timely, respectful of making much noise since I work from home and did a great job on the actual project. Carlos followed up to make sure everything was perfect, which it was, and went the extra mile by helping me out with a small project in the other bathroom in my unit. I personally have had a tough holiday so far, and it meant a lot to have someone go the extra mile to make my day a bit less stressful, and that says a lot about his values as a business owner and the standard of service they offer. Carlos called me back immediately and was here the next morning with his helper Tiago, bright and early to install my new hot water heater!
