We developed a problem of ice in our gutter and on our roof that was leaking into the house. The guys were great! They showed up same day within a few hours of my phone call to clear the roof of ice and end the leaking of melting ice into our kitchen. From phone service to the men who did the work, they were courteous, patient and the men were very hardworking. We especially appreciated the them working through very cold temps.

John , his crews and office staff are the best. Promptly showed up the same day that I called and offered an estimate right away. They showed up to work on the day promised and finished in the same day. Great quality job! Cleaned up ... left no nails or debris scattered around. John came to my home to repair a leak he claimed originated from my gutters. This was after I had already replaced siding and redone my deck based on his initial recommendations. Unfortunately, after the gutter repair, the leak persisted when it rained again. Throughout the process, John was extremely unprofessional and belligerent, yelling and boasting about his experience in the roofing business rather than addressing the problem. My roof was reaching its end of life, so I gave a call to Leak Stoppers, as they had helped out in the past to take care of some repairs here and there through the years. They put up a beautiful roof which I can be proud of. They even made sure some problem spots where properly blocked, so I would not have to worry in the future of the return of these spots left by a previous roof installer who did not. Their price was very reasonable, and the guys did a neat job of it. They cleaned up the property throughly after it was all done. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
