Leavitt Earthworks Co. Inc.

Leavitts Earthworks was hired to pull all stumps from my yard, level it, then bring in screened loam for us to seed for grass. I was quoted a price and it would take two and a half days, three tops. That was in October. I followed up for a date in November and was told because it was warm they had paving jobs to do. I followed up again in December and finally got a date. The guy removing stumps was great. The people leveling not so much... they'd come out for a couple hours and then leave. I had to keep calling and asking when the work would get done. Brian Levitt kept saying "This isn't how the company usually operates. " I heard that statement evey time I called. Eventually dump trucks brought in loam and Leavitts used that to level the property instead of leveling before

Leavitt Earthworks did the excavation at my property for a house build, and took way more of the loam/ top soil than what was needed. When they(Leavitt Earthworks) brought loam back for the lawn, it was a mixture of loam and gravel with small rocks. I would never hire them to do any more work at my property.

5-6 years ago I had an arrangment with the owner of this business to take 200-300 years of loam from my residence in exchange for doing some work for me. They did get 225-250 yards of said loam. Did nothing to benefit me, mada a huge mess of my property & paid me nothing for the loam that got removed . & now they have a service truck setting in the middle of my field like Its they're work are .(while working on a water main) in the road. Apparently no idea of staying within the 100' right of way of the town road All the way around rude
