Lebo's Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning

We've used Lebo's for HVAC and plumbing needs recently and have been really impressed both times with attentiveness, service, and pricing. We initially turned to Lebo's for a second opinion on a plumbing issue, for which we were quoted thousands of dollars from another company. When Lebo's came, they were in and out for under $300 with no residual issues. They gained a customer for life! The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain issues and map out options or outcomes without pressure. Cant recommend them enough for whatever service you need.

Lebo’s works - read on. The property needed major repair, then upgrades such as faucets, furnace, and sump pump. The work had to be done separately. Lucky for me, Lebo’s handled each job the same way. 1. Courteous phone and email comm with Chelsea. 2. Easy scheduling with text and email confirmation. 3. No charge to come out and inspect. 4. They texted the name and photo of the technician thirty minutes before each appointment. 5. Josh and crew were easy-going and fully prepared. 6. They spoke up right away about safety and steered me away from unnecessary work. 7. Quotes, invoices, and receipts were emailed/texted immediately with license #, company and client contact info, statement of exact services, product make and model, and appointment date and time. 8. We had our water heater updated by Lebo’s and we are very satisfied with the installation and quality of the unit at this time. The installers showed up on time and we thoroughly removed the old unit and safely hooked up the new one. We felt the service and pricing was very reasonable and they are a great local business. We will be using them again.

I would have appreciated a drop cloth for my carpet protection because it was so messy outside. I ended up having to scrub spots where dirt was brought in. There are a few other things that the installers did not do however I talked with Josh the owner and he said he would return to make sure these were taken care of. He also has been great to communicate with as I needed to text him with questions beforehand.

From the beginning of reaching out to Lebo’s the communication was top notch. They were able to be to me the same day. After Josh came and diagnosed our issue they were able to install a new system to meet our time and needs. Daniel, Eric, Andrew and Josh did an excellent job and would highly recommend for future clients.
