Leckonby’s Plumbing And Drain Cleaning

I had a great experience with Leckonby’s Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough. I called on a Sunday night about a leak in my water line and was contacted back in less than an hour. After explaining what was going on, they scheduled me for the very next day, which was a huge relief. James came out while I had family in town, so my house was a bit chaotic, but it did not bother him at all. He fixed the leak and also re-piped my kitchen sink’s drain and water lines. He was professional, respectful, and even great with my dogs, which we really appreciated. What stood out most was his work ethic. He stayed focused the entire time and did not stop until the job was fully done and done right. It is clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. James was responsive, reliab

Highly recommend! We had a leaky pipe at our house, and James came out in the evening after working a full day elsewhere to fix it. He was professional, efficient, and charged a very fair price. The work was top-notch, and everything is working perfectly now. It’s hard to find someone this reliable — we’re grateful and will definitely call him again if we need help!

I do not recommend. Signed a contract for 3x more than I could have paid someone else. But he said it was an emergency. I should have got more quotes. But I trusted him. I was told by other plumbers I was overcharged. Took 2 weeks to do an emergency. Had no shower or toilet for 2 weeks. Never showed when he said he was going to be there. Said he had other emergency’s. Guess mine was not. Paid him $7550. Was going to charge me another $5k for a job that I hired someone for less than $2k. He threatened me seeing I left negative reviews.

As kind as he was to deal with, unfortunately he had signs in agreement to replace a pressure tank, which he did a very nice job doing, and then was also paid upfront to put a trap in underneath our crawlspace. We did advise him. He was too big to be able to fit under there, and if he was unable to have somebody, we totally understood he informed us it would not be an issue After several weeks of going back-and-forth being told he had issues and other problems going on we were very understanding eventually he blocked our phone And at this point, it's not about the $300. It's the principle of the fact that he blew us off and is now putting it back on us. We have suffered enough for not doing a home inspection.
