Absolutely wonderful humans! We had a unique situation when we sold our house and our roof needed some repairs. Ledbetter roofing came out and gave us a quote on what it would cost to repair the damaged part of the roof. The buyer was nervous about the cost and wanted us to pay one and a half times the quote. In order to appease the buyer and calm their nerves we agreed. The title company sent the check was sent directly to Ledbetter including the additional amount over the initial quote. Well, after the work was done, they returned the difference to us. I would highly recommend them. Nowadays, it’s hard to find good people they are hard working, honest and they stand by their word.
