Trevor Lee did a great job on a small but challenging project. Several Electricians did not return calls or were not interested in the job. Trevor was responsive, quick, and cost effective. I would definitely use him again.

Trevor was the first to return my call after I called seven numbers around Tahoe for an electrician. He called 10 mins after I left a message. He stated he was booked solid for the coming weeks, but wanted to at least talk about my electrical issue and give some advice. Trevor spoke with me for 27 minutes about the issue, offering troublesooting steps, and suggesting various things that may be causing the issue. This shows genuine care about the customer. More than that, I am not even Trevor's "customer" at this point, because he could not schedule me in. Trevor donated his time on the call out of the kindness of his heart. No doubt I will call him in the future if need be. A++

Trevor made an appointment with me and then just never showed up. No call no show. It does not get more unprofessional than that.
