We contacted Lee on the guidance of our architect, on a whole-house renovation project in Plainview. During our bidding process, we included our longtime contractor, another smaller firm and Lee. Lee’s bid was competitive in this phase, and their reputation and warranty won out over the others. All came out so good we definitely took best decision.

We recently had LHI do a second floor dormer and front porch on our cape home. The project was started mid September and we were back living in the house by the first week of December. The crew was efficient and many of the guys were very nice and helpful. If we had any issues, it was fixed within the week. We were able to contact our project manager by text with any issues and hear back the same day. We were very happy with how everything turned out!
