Although I have not worked with Lee Lyda yet, I will use them for my future electrical needs. They organized such an amazing donation set up during Hurricane Helene. Tanya and Tracy are absolute angels. I would work with Lee Lyda because of their focus on helping their community in this really rough time. Had an appointment for service call 9am. Precisely at 9am Marvin arrived at the house. This was a good start for a completely satisfying experience. Marvin assessed the situation and and due to safety concerns needed a helper to hold the ladder.A call was made to the office and Frank showed up after a short wait.Work was completed. Both men we're friendly, andprofessional.Charge for service was reasonable.I have used this company previously with similar satisfactory results. They will definitely be my go to company for any electrical issues.

I understand the highly positive reviews of this company and it's unfortunate mine is not the same. The technician performing my project was excellent and nothing but praise here. The problem was the billing. The estimate for my job was less than half of the bill presented to me for almost $2,000 to hook up a back up generator. I paid this but also asked the company to review the bill for possible error and also to provide a bill detailing cost of materials and labor instead of just one figure. Many days passed with no reply, I reminded them and the reply was that their materials supplier had mistakenly charged more than $200 above actual prices and that I would be reimbursed (this is in writing). Time passed and I had to call again at which time I was told the refund would be $125. I aske

My experience with Lee Lyda was very positive. Marvin and Ryan arrived (next day) to investigate separate GFI and breaker issues that I had been having, along with a variety of other minor electrical issues that I was curious to know if they were a problem or not. Fortunately, the GFI issue was resolved before they got there so they confirmed that they were wired and working correctly. For the breaker, they quickly identified that a replacement was needed and they installed it immediately. On top of all of this, I followed them around like a child asking a million electrical questions and they were both extremely patient and insightful with me.
