My boiler sprung a leak and needed to be replaced on a brutally cold December day. I called Lee R. Cobb because I had used them in the past and was pleased. Evan came and gave me an estimate on Friday and they were at my house early Monday morning removing the old and installing a new one. The crew he sent were efficient and pleasant and when they finished the work area and house were left clean. I'm very satisfied and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

We called Lee Kobb plumbing and heating to come and meet us at one of our homes to install new steam radiators in an entire home. They showed up on time, responded quickly with an estimate. When we gave them the go ahead they showed up immediately with a crew of 6 , put down tarps on all of the floors, did a nice clean job. They then started up the boiler, serviced the entire system and took care of everything. They left the home in great shape. Evan Kobb even followed up after the job was completed to make sure everything went smoothly. If we need a plumber in the Englewood area then this family business is the one to call. When my water heater started leaking, I contacted the manufacturer (Rheem) regarding their warranty. Lee R. Kobb was one of their suggested installers, so I contacted them since they're close to me and are highly rated. I did get informed there would be a fee for them to come out to inspect and quote the job, but it would be deducted from the final price if I chose to go with their services. Based on their other reviews, I thought I'd take the chance. I just wanted to mention that since no other quote I received charged this fee. Fred came out to spec the job and provide the estimate. Now this would be the second time replacing my water heater within 8 years, so this system has already left a bad taste in my mouth.
