I hired Brian and the crew to replace my entire system. We had all kinds of issues with the duct work under the house. They completely reworked everything insulated it hung it back up nice and secure. The system is very efficient. Saving us money every month. He did everything. I asked him to do in a timely manner and stuck to the price that he had quoted me, even though we had a couple hiccups along the way, I would highly recommend Brian and his guys at Lees Heating and cooling.

We have just went through some major repairs to our AC system, including new coils, thermostat, and inside/outside capacitors. After having my “regular” AC person ignore texts and a voicemail, I decided to go with Lee’s. My wife mentioned who was coming to do our repairs amongst some people and one said, “you have selected the most expensive AC repair team in town.” I don’t know if that as a fact, but if Lee’s is the most expensive, let me tell you what I got for what I paid: I experienced an office staff who picked up the phone every time I called; that same staff did everything possible to get things addressed as quickly as possible, leaving me feeling like I was their only customer they had in the midst of the busiest time for AC repair. Lee's Cooling and Heating were very professional and worked with my busy work schedule, getting me in for a bid on my lunch break, and into their office for financing on a new heating and cooling system over another lunch break. Then, to my surprise, they were able to come out two days early and put in the new unit on my day off because they squeezed me into their busy schedule, so I didn't have to sacrifice another lunch break this week, or go another two days without air conditioning. They were really friendly and professional, and explained everything they were doing. It wasn't exactly cheap, but at least they offer financing. My wife and I stopped by Lee's Cooling and Heating to look into getting a new air conditioning unit. We had previously been running four window units to cool our house and it just wasn't cutting it. Lee's professional staff set an appointment for us and did a demonstration on how each unit worked. They compared cost of operating the units and the different features of each unit. We picked out one that we liked and they promptly installed it at our house. As excited as we were to have it installed, something wasn't quite right. Through our digital thermometer we are able to monitor the humidity levels in the house. They were staying too high! The crew was dispatched to the house shortly after we reported the problem. They were able to trouble shoot and discover an error in our old duct work

Lee’s Cooling and Heating had the system I needed on hand which cut down the delay on getting the new system put in. The installation team showed up promptly on the scheduled morning. They were kind and knowledgeable and let me know what to expect from the installation day.
